1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Sifutech offers reliable shipping services to ensure your products are delivered in a timely manner. The shipping times depend on the delivery location and the selected shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for orders within Malaysia.
• International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders may vary and depend on the destination country and shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Costs

• Non-Laptop Items: For all products excluding laptops, we charge a flat RM8 for shipping within Malaysia.
• Laptop Items: For laptop purchases, we offer free shipping within Malaysia.

3. Processing Time

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing may take longer.
• Pre-order Items: If you ordered a product marked as “pre-order,” please note that processing and shipping times may vary. Pre-orders will be shipped once the product is available.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for some orders. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping.
• International Shipping: International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Sifutech is not responsible for any customs delays.

5. Shipping Address

• Address Accuracy: It is crucial to ensure your shipping address is correct and up-to-date. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Change of Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sales@sifutech.com.my. We may not be able to accommodate address changes after the order has been processed.

6. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

• Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please track your shipment through the designated shipping carrier’s website.
