Refund and Returns Policy

At Sifutech, we strive to provide excellent customer service. Please carefully read the following policy regarding our refund, return, and exchange processes. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

  • Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Goods: All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. We do not practice a refund policy. We only provide an exchange if the item is dead on arrival or if a wrong product is delivered.
  • Discrepancies in Invoice: Any discrepancies in the invoice must be notified in writing to us within 3 days from the invoice date. No claims will be entertained if this timeframe is not followed.

2. Warranty Policy

  • Free-of-Charge (FOC) Items: No warranty coverage will be provided for free-of-charge (FOC) items.
  • Warranty Stickers/Tags: Do not remove the tags or warranty stickers on the products. The warranty will be voided if they are found to be torn or removed.
  • Warranty Processing Time: For warranty replacements, please allow a standard processing time of 3 – 4 weeks upon receiving the defective products.
  • Return Shipping Costs: During the first year of your warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs to send the product to our designated service center. After the first year of purchase, a return shipping fee will be applicable for claims.
  • Cosmetic and Screen Damage: The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage (e.g., broken, cracked, dented, hinge issues, or loose parts) and screen damage (e.g., dim, cracked, lines, white or black spots, scratches, or fitting issues) that occur after delivery. Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
  • Battery Health: A battery is considered working if its health is rated as fair, normal, good, or excellent. It will only be replaced if its running time is less than 30 minutes or if the battery condition is poor, low, or not present.

4. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Trackable Shipping: For items exceeding MYR 3,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for additional security.

6. Billplz Payment Method

  • Suspicious Transactions: Any suspicious orders made through Billplz will be canceled immediately.
  • Refunds via Billplz: Refunds for payments made through Billplz can only be processed via the Billplz platform. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Product Replacements: If a product is unavailable, Sifutech reserves the right to replace it with an item of the same category. If there is a price difference for the replacement, customers will be notified and may need to pay the additional amount or receive a refund.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for Billplz payments will be processed within 14 days from the approval of the return or exchange.

7. Online Purchases

  • Online Orders: For online purchases, we maintain the same terms for non-returnable or non-exchangeable items unless the product is dead on arrival or a wrong product is delivered.
  • Invoice Discrepancies: Any discrepancies related to online invoices must be notified to us within 3 days from the invoice date. No claims will be entertained if this timeframe is not adhered to.
