2.2. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. Orders are only processed after payment is successfully received.
3.2. Accepted payment methods include Billplz, bank transfer, and other payment gateways as listed on our website.
3.3. All payments must be made to Sifutech Technology Sdn Bhd.
3.4. For installment payments through third-party providers (e.g., Billplz), the terms and conditions of the provider will apply.

4. Warranty and Liability

4.1. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship.
4.2. Warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damages such as cracks, dents, or scratches after delivery.
• Battery health unless the runtime is less than 30 minutes or the condition is rated as “poor, low, or not present.”
• Free-of-charge (FOC) items.
  4.3. Warranty claims must follow the processes outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.
  4.4. During the first year of your warranty, we will cover return shipping costs. After the first year, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
5.2. Customers are responsible for the proper handling and use of purchased products.
5.3. Removing warranty tags or stickers will void your warranty.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

6.1. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for detailed terms on returns and exchanges.
6.2. Products are eligible for exchange only if:

• They are defective or dead on arrival.
• The wrong item was delivered.
  6.3. No exchanges or refunds are available for perishable or consumable items.

7.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sifutech or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Sifutech is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or revenue.
• Damages caused by misuse of our products.
  8.2. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be resolved in the courts of Terengganu, Malaysia.
